For Employers
The place remote closers come from.
Anyone can claim to be a closer, and interviews are poor filters. The Institute exists to answer the only question you actually have — is this person actually good? — with evidence instead of claims.
The Standard
Certification is performed, never purchased.
A Certified Remote Closer has passed the Gauntlet: a certification examination series of live-fire simulations across multiple distinct prospect personas — full-cycle calls from opening through close — culminating in real-time voice examinations graded on response quality, tonality, and natural timing.
The examinations are deliberately un-cheatable by AI: they require live spoken performance no chatbot can deliver on a candidate’s behalf. Admission to the program is open to everyone; the credential is gated purely by demonstrated competence. Graduation also carries a merit distinction — an honors tier held to a higher bar.

Verification & The Registry
Evidence, one link away.
The Institute is built so that trusting a credential never requires trusting a claim.
Credential verification Launching soon
Every CRC credential is issued with a unique verification link, so a hiring team can confirm a candidate’s certification status directly with the Institute — in one click, with no account and no phone call. The public verification portal is launching soon; until it opens, employers can confirm any credential through the Institute directly.
The Registry Launching soon
An opt-in, searchable directory of Certified Remote Closers, filterable by score and specialization. When it opens, employers will come to the Registry to find verified talent — with each closer’s certification, competency breakdown, and recorded performance evidence behind it.
We don’t place graduates. Companies come here to find them.
Standards Independence
The standard is never for sale.
The Institute takes no placement fees, runs no captive pipeline into partner offers, and never lets hiring-side relationships touch the standard. Verification and the Registry exist so the market can trust the credential — not so the Institute can sell you candidates.
That independence is what makes the credential worth checking: a certifying body that profits from placements has an incentive to pass people; the Institute has an incentive to be right.
