The Certified Remote Closer Program

Become a Certified Remote Closer.

One program. One standard. 50–100 hours of structured training and live simulated practice, ending in an examination series that must be passed — not merely finished.

The Standard

Selectivity at the exit, never the entrance.

Anyone can enroll. Not everyone finishes — because certification requires passing a live examination series that cannot be faked, memorized, or AI-cheated.

The difficulty of the standard is what gives the credential its value, and the unlimited-retry structure is what makes that difficulty humane. Every attempt comes with extensive feedback. The standard is fixed; the door never closes. Graduation also carries a merit distinction — an honors tier held to a higher bar.

The standard is fixed. The door never closes.
Only quitting fails you.

The Program

Seven components. One arc.

From first measurement to signed employment, the program is a single designed journey — experienced in this order.

The Combine Launching soon

The measurement front door: a free, unrated readiness diagnostic and a rated live-voice examination that produces an official Closer Score — the standardized 0–1000 rating of sales performance ability. Named for exactly what it evokes: the standardized measurement of raw ability before anyone gets drafted.

Adaptive Training

The full curriculum wrapped in an intelligent AI coach — a digital mentor present throughout the program — that tracks your specific weaknesses and generates escalating scenarios against them until competency is demonstrated. Weak on price objections? You’ll see progressively harder price-objection scenarios until the system verifies you’ve mastered them. Daily short drills build habit; a reachable human support team backs the system. You are being trained, not taking a course — that distinction is the product.

The Film Room

Every simulation and voice call is recorded, and the system produces athlete-style film breakdowns: what you did at the objection, what your timing cost you, what the top-decile response looked like at that exact moment. Reviewing your own game film is the program’s deepest learning ritual.

The Gauntlet

The certification examination series: live-fire simulations across multiple distinct prospect personas — beginning with structured call simulations built on hidden trust, clarity, and resistance dynamics, and culminating in real-time voice examinations. You prep a lead file, then perform a live simulated call against a human-sounding AI prospect, graded on response quality, tonality, and natural timing, with heavy penalties for script-reading and dead air. Un-cheatable by AI. Unlimited retries with extensive feedback — only quitting fails you.

The Closer Profile

Every graduate automatically receives a uniquely-linked professional page assembled by the Institute from their actual coursework: certification status, Closer Score, six-dimension competency breakdown, verified simulation history, film clips of their best closes, and a credential-verification link. Zero effort required — and yours forever. The Profile is earned only by graduating.

Career Services

A full career wing aimed at the open market: where remote sales jobs actually are; how to evaluate offer quality — lead flow, commission structure, and the traps that burn new closers; application strategy; résumé, cover letter, and LinkedIn built from your Closer Profile; interview and mock-interview training; and support that continues until you land. The Institute never takes placement fees and never funnels graduates into partner offers — standards independence is absolute.

The Registry Launching soon

The employer side of the Institute: credential verification, plus an opt-in, searchable directory of Certified Remote Closers filterable by score and specialization. We don’t place you — companies come here to find you.

The Call Model

Seven beats. Every call.

The Institute teaches one canonical structure for a professional sales call. It recurs through every lesson, every simulation, and every examination — until it is instinct.

Opening

Command the first minutes: frame, tone, and agenda that earn the right to ask real questions.

Discovery

Surface the prospect’s actual situation — what is true today, and what it is costing them.

Deep Discovery

Go beneath the surface answers to the real pain and the real desire — the reason a decision matters now.

Recap

Play the situation back with precision, until the prospect hears their own case stated better than they said it.

Pitch

Present the offer as the bridge between their situation and their outcome — mapped to what discovery surfaced.

The Price

State it clean and hold the frame — navigating pressure without flinching and without discounting the moment.

Decision

Ask for the decision and navigate the close — with a professional’s calm, not a script’s push.

The Measurement

Six dimensions of competency.

Every simulation, examination, and score at the Institute is built on the same six dimensions — so a student always knows exactly what is being measured, and exactly where they stand.

Discovery

Surfacing the prospect’s real situation, pain, and desire.

Qualification

Determining fit, urgency, authority, and ability to buy.

Active Listening

Responsiveness to what was actually said — not a script.

Objection Handling

Navigating resistance, price pressure, and stalls in real time.

Closing

Asking, anchoring, and converting decisions.

Communication & Tonality

Pacing, presence, natural timing, and vocal command.

Tuition

$2,495. No guru premium.

Roughly a third of what the old market charges — not because the program is lesser, but because no celebrity founder’s lifestyle is baked into your tuition. It pays for training infrastructure. The product is the marketing.

You’ll need a computer and a microphone. The program is delivered through the Institute’s online training platform, and enrollment is handled on its secure checkout.

Tuition covers everything.

  • The full 50–100 hour structured curriculum
  • Adaptive AI coaching and daily drills
  • Live-voice simulation, without session limits
  • The Film Room — recorded-call breakdowns
  • The Gauntlet, with unlimited examination retries
  • The Closer Profile, on graduation
  • Career services, until you land

Straight Answers

Asked, and answered plainly.

Is this another one of those programs?

The category earned that question, and the Institute is built to survive it. Every claim here is checkable: the standard can be failed, tuition is a fraction of the old market’s, and there are no income guarantees or placement promises to break. We don’t argue with skepticism — we point to what can be checked.

Why is it so much cheaper than the big programs?

Because there’s no guru premium. Incumbent pricing pays for a celebrity founder’s brand; HTSI’s pays for training infrastructure. The product is the marketing.

Do you get me a job?

No — and that’s deliberate. Placement funnels corrupt standards and dump graduates into oversubscribed partner offers. HTSI trains you for the open market, supports your search until you land, and is building the Registry — where employers come looking for certified closers. We don’t promise placement; we build the skill set that earns it.

I have no sales experience.

The program assumes none. Open admission, a curriculum built to develop beginners, and unlimited retries with feedback on every attempt. The standard is fixed; the door never closes; only quitting fails you.

Isn’t AI-made instruction cheap?

The Institute leads with its AI production rather than hiding it, because the result is better instruction and radically more practice than any human-led program can deliver — and the certification is designed so no AI can pass it for you. AI-powered training, AI-proof standard.

What makes the certification worth anything?

It can be failed. It’s earned through live spoken performance no one can fake for you, it carries an honors tier held to a higher bar, and every credential is issued to be verified by employers. A credential that can’t be failed is a receipt; this one is a standard.
